Taraf, the real estate arm of UAE-based Yas Holding, has launched W Residences Abu Dhabi – Al Maryah Island.

The project, unveiled yesterday, is a collaboration between Taraf and Marriott International marking the debut of the W Hotels brand in Abu Dhabi.

Located in Abu Dhabi’s financial district, Al Maryah Island, the development aims to offer waterfront living near Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi Global Market, and Cleveland Clinic. The project is also in proximity to Abu Dhabi’s cultural district and international airport.

The 37-storey development will feature branded 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, 4-bedroom duplexes, and a penthouse, all with views of the Abu Dhabi skyline.

Amenities will include a gym, outdoor fitness areas, wet pool deck, games room, golf simulator, screening room, and residence lounge.

Residents will also have access to W Hotels’ Whatever/Whenever concierge service.

The exterior design of W Residences Abu Dhabi – Al Maryah Island is said to blend traditional dhow-inspired curves with modern architecture. Interiors will feature high-end materials and a palette of sophisticated tones.

Taraf, launched in January 2023, focuses on the luxury real estate sector and has multiple projects planned in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
