RAK Properties and Ellington Properties will jointly develop the residential project.

RAK Properties and Ellington Properties announced the launch of a new waterfront residential project in Hayat Island at Mina Al Arab. The beachfront development will feature multiple amenities for residents on the island.

The companies signed an agreement to develop the premium residential beachfront project in a prime location on Hayat Island. The project will mark Ellington’s entry into Ras Al Khaimah with its first development.

Residents will have direct beach access, comprising of multi-family apartments, the project will have features including high-end restaurants, resort-style amenities with a focus on a high-quality lifestyle.
